The maintenance supervision tasks cover the following:
- Monitoring the maintenance process of existing MEP systems
- Proposing new methodologies leading to higher systems performance and/or lower consumptions.
- Creating proposals pertaining to preventive maintenance
- Monitoring the supply and needs of spare parts
